This album is song-oriented, meaning that each song stands on its own, but is still convincing. The record contains club-friendly material as well as wavy stuff for listing at home and songs that probably unfold their power particularly live. Yakima Jera should earn a good place for themselves in the ever flourishing Darkwave scene, which is particularly due to the very good vocals, which here and there are even reminiscent of Faith And The Muse.
