Woodstock '69
On CD, packaged in a 4-panel digipack and including an 8-page booklet, are the historic recordings of The Who's performance at the legendary Woodstock festival in 1969. For this special occasion the setlist included a few classic hits (f.i. 'Can't Explain' and 'My Generation') and many tracks from the band's masterpiece 'Tommy'. We also hear political agitator and all round P.I.T.A. Abbie Hoffman jumping on stage at the conclusion of 'Pinball Wizard', where he was met with Pete Townsend's well placed guitar butt in his back!
