'FOLK AND POP MUSIC OF MYANMAR (BURMA)' - The follow-up to 2004's 'Princess Nicotine' CD, featuring music from Myanmar's Shan State, the center of the notorious poppy growing region known as the "Golden Triangle". This DOUBLE-LP contains an unbelievable collection of garage and psychedelic rock, raw folk-blues ballads, and country-western styled music from the early 1970s. The album was compiled by Alan Bishop (Sun City Girls) from impossible to find cassette tapes.
