Released on 12-inch, this is the unreleased 1986 EP from Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based punk outfit Subculture. Recorded the year after the 1985 debut, 'I Heard A Scream', the six tracks that comprise Fred were left uncompleted and shelved when the band broke up later that year. While a rough mix has circulated among tape traders, this release presents the songs in their finished form for the first time, remixed from the original multi-track tapes. By the way, these guys were the ones who gave NOFX's Fat Mike his nickname!
