Originally released in 1968. This 2017 digipak CD reissue on Breaking Rock Inc. includes 11 unreleased live bonus tracks, recorded at Retro Rock, Chicago 1974. Bob Seger fronted his band The Last Heard from 1966-1967. By 1968 the joke was that 'the last heard' sounded like 'the last turd' so they changed their name to the more progressive and contemporary-sounding Bob Seger System.
