Live In Tokyo
Rovescio Della Medaglia formed in the '70s and released three albums, including the well-known 'Contamination'. The arrangements on that album were done by Maestro Luis Enriquez Bacalov. The work was in a symphonic prog rock style and performed live only a few times and never with orchestra (if not in playback). Forty years after the release of 'Contamination' the band returned with a new line-up featuring a.o. Enzo Vita (one of the original components) and participated in the Italian Progressive Rock Festival in Tokyo. The CD was recorded at that occasion and tracks from 'Contamination' were performed (and recorded) with a full orchestra. 'Live In Tokyo' presents the amazing comeback of this excellent Roman prog band.
