A standout track from Quasi Dub Development's 'Little Twister' album (2014), featuring dub legend Lee "Scratch" Perry, is getting a special 7" re-release. Titled 'Let's Communicate,' the track, originally overlooked, is now paired with a version by UK dub artist Elijah Minnelli. Quasi Dub Development, an Italian-German-American collective led by Luca Fadda and F.S.Blumm, blends ambient, neo-classical, and experimental elements with dub, using mostly acoustic instruments.
