Outerwear Limits
Outerwear was a more primitive, less ambitious offshoot of Cleveland's Spike In Vain, which means the rhythm section was so crappy that simple songs were a necessity and they took an inordinate amount of pride in just how badly they sucked. Bearing this in mind, the band's 1983 'The Outerwear Limits' cassette was surprisingly compelling. And now it returns to the tape-format!
