2024 brings the 5th album by Belgian krautrockers Motor!k. Like with every new release, this band keeps evolving and exploring new musical horizons while maintaining their signature sound: hypnotic bass lines, pounding drums and repetitive, yet melodic guitar lines combined with heavy fx-laden guitars. Think Neu! meets Wire. Guitarist/synthesist Joeri Dobbeleir, also the song composer in Motor!k, together with Dirk Ivens (guitar/fx) and drummer Dries D'Hollander took their craft to a next level: post-punk and techno influences are melted into a 6-track sonic experience.
