Autumn Lady (2cd)
'Autumn Lady' was the name of a project started in 1973. It was waylaid, forgotten about and then replaced by the 1974 album 'As I See It Now'. This release contains the songs that were intended to become the 'Autumn Lady' album. Some songs became singles ('Bitter Bad' and the Goffin & King classic 'Will You Love Me Tomorrow?'), but most of the material remained unheard. Until now. This DOUBLE-CD version adds a treasure trove of rare tracks, including the controversial 27-minute version of 'Hearing The News'. The deluxe full-colour booklet features liner notes by Melanie's manager and UK music journalist Dave Thompson.
