Previous to forming Le SuperHomard, Christophe Vaillant fronted the band Pony Taylor. A five piece band with a taste for '60s beat music, they record two fine longplayers before calling it a day to because of family commitments. Le SuperHomard's electronic pop naturally resonates with a classic French pop references including those of spiritual fathers of the electro-pop genre, Stereolab and Medhi Zannad, author of a French pop masterpiece, 'Fugu 1'.
