The highly anticipated reissue of this 90s classic. Michael Head (Pale Fountains, Shack) launched The Strands in 1993, collaborating with his brother John, drummer Iain Templeton, and others. Despite halted sessions due to a Shack recording deal, the unfinished project was salvaged by producer Mark Coyle and French promoter Stéphane Bismuth. Released in 1997 via Megaphone Records, The Magical World of The Strands became a cult favorite. "It's like Nick Drake is strumming along with the Stone Roses". The CD version includes two exclusive bonus tracks.
