Vol. 5: The Tyrones Blast Off

This amazing CD gives us the complete recordings of brothers Tyrone and Al 'Dean' DeNittis! The Tyrones started in Philadelphia in early 1956 and went on until 1958, when they recorded at Bill Haley's Chester studio with the help of Franny Beecher, Rudy and Al Pompilli. Al 'Dean' DeNittis joined Bill Haley's Comets as a saxophonist for a South-America tour in 1960, as Rudy Pompilli was not available. They recorded some six songs together in Peru's capital city Lima during that tour which can be heard for the first time on this 19-track CD! This is relevant rock'n'roll history! A 32-page booklet with the detailed history plus rare photos and illustrations is included.
