Facta releases a two-part ode to the dancefloor, pitting house and 2 step beats against warping FM synths à la Errorsmith and Mark Fell. 'Doves' picks up where 2019's Rose Red left off, and thus contains all melting, pitch-bending synths that fizz and ping unpredictably around a solid 4x4 beat. On the flip, 'MPH' tugs on the heart strings with a plasticine MIDI melody, percussive vocal chops and a tearjerking set of high-gloss pads.
