Decadent Few
Lowlife
Decadent Few, formed in East London in 1984 from the remnants of anarcho-punks Youth In Asia, played a more direct punk style with lyrics focused on personal experience, feminism, and gender violence. Fronted by Kaya Byatta's soulful and powerful vocals_compared to Alison Moyet rather than Poly Styrene_the band occasionally incorporated post-punk and goth influences. This LP features seven tracks from an unreleased 1988 MLP and four from a 1994 US compilation, all remastered from the original tapes. It includes a color cover and a four-page full-size insert.
