The lead track of this 12-inch is a newly remastered version of the late Patrick Cowley's 'Kickin' In', a 9-minute cybernetic disco stormer that taps into the essence of Cowley's hi-NRG sound: equal parts spaced out and zoned in on the dancefloor. There are notable contributions from Frank Loverde, Linda Imperial and Peggy Gibbons. The artwork features an illustration by Gwenaël Rattke that originally appeared on Cowley's erotic journal, 'Mechanical Fantasy Box'. You also get a postcard with lyrics.
