Consumer Electronics return with 'Surge', an album containing seven tracks with a total run-time of 42 minutes. This time around Philip Best (Whitehouse) and album producer Russell Haswell deliver a hallucinatory vision of the world that's noticeably noisier and more aggressive than their previous releases. The CD is packaged in a heavy board mini gatefold sleeve, including an inner sleeve and insert.
