Chinese Detectives was started in 1995 by Per Aksel Lundgreen, shortly after his exit from Apoptygma Berzerk. Per Aksel joined teams with Preben Bjonnes known from Cronos Titan and Defcon 4, and initially they used Kristine Ulfeng as singer. After two singles, she was replaced with Desiree Grandahl who's doing the vocals on the entire album. The album was originally only released on CD, and this album has been sold out for many years. There's been many requests for having it out on vinyl over the years, but it has never happened, until now! Limited Edition of 222 numbered copies, on red transparent vinyl.
