Anton is a darkwave solo project led by Anton Steinbock since 2021. Influenced by postpunk legends like Joy Division and the modern coldwave of Lebanon Hanover, his music channels a deep, brooding energy into a space where raw melancholy and dark romanticism blend together. In 2024, the debut EP 'Volcan' (Detriti Records) marked the project's transition to the stage, with a coldwave-driven live setup. With the release of the second EP 'Glacier' in March 2025 on Icy Cold Records, the lineup evolves into a trio, keeping Ewen Dinam on bass and integrating Paul Dupont on guitar, embracing an even darker and more haunting aesthetic. Limited to 300 copies on black vinyl.
