Hailing from Alkmaar at the west-coast of Holland, del-Toros release their follow-up to their vinyl album '10 Stories High' which was released in 2018. del-Toros is in love with vinyl and it shows. Over the past 16 years of their existence the band never released something that sounded like their previous work. 'Stainless' is again the living proof of that and it's the first recording as a four piece with keyboardist Dylan Does. You can hear that the band clearly moves to a more experimental sound and plays with lots of dynamics. From a quiet, subliminally exciting sounding middle section to a very heavy outburst. But mainly, it tells a story to anyone who allows himself to be carried away.

Mojo & The Kitchen Brothers is more than a nostalgia trip! After having rounded up a second drummer, the band went into the studio for a week-long session and pumped out an incredible follow-up to their debut-album. Consisting partly of retakes of songs that had to be cut from 'Heavy Crème' due to time constraints, and completely new material, this release will show both where they've been, and where they might still go. Along with the fan-favorite titular track, you can expect an electrified blend of heavy, spacey, wild and sweet flavours that come together as a bristling whole. The smells emanating from Mojo's kitchen recall bands like Black Sabbath, Wishbone Ash and Pink

'Botanicals' is the debut solo LP album by Ren Water, singer of one of Greece's finest psych acts, Echo Train. 'Botanicals' came in the flow of things, as a need to pay homage to everything that psychedelically colored Ren's life until now. Almost two years in the making, drawing inspiration from the metaphors and dreams surrounding her, 'Botanicals' is more than a set of songs, it is a 'deposit of soul'. Each song is like a combination of herbs that leads the soul to dimensions and stories that have sometimes exalted it and sometimes degenerated it. Throughout the 8 songs of the album, Ren is bringing out the innermost of her psyche. There is Light, Darkness, Love, Despair, Hope, Lust, and Passion, and all these 'psych elements' harmonically coexist, creating various emotions. All lyrics are by Ren. Also, the music is written by Ren. An important role in the making of 'Botanicals' is the contribution of two Echo Train members - Greggy K and drummer Gregorio - along with Stratos Diamantis, they helped Ren materialize (or externalize if you prefer) the psychedelic
microcosm of her mind. They all together wove a colorful cerebral mantle, a multi-dimensional mantle that covers a diversity of styles, genres, and sub-genres. Though, is very hard to describe the music of 'Botanicals.' To get an idea, just imagine a lost Pink Floyd melody from the early '70s that got lost in times and went to the middle ages (medieval) then to Central Europe of the great classics (waltz), and after that to ancient Greece, then to the great late '60s British prog era, returning to present, totally mutated! A fusion of sounds indeed! There's psychedelic rock, space rock, progressive rock, art rock, and even some medieval poppy dream-a-delia. It gives you the feel that you are inside Hieronymus Bosch's 'The Garden Of Earthly Delights.' The gates of the garden are widely open, feel free to enter and travel with your mind, and always remember love makes the flowers grow. Limited to 200 copies on black vinyl.

'Pope Adrian 37th Psychristiatric' is the third album by Rudimentary Peni. Recorded in 1992, but not released until 1995, it features the first music the band recorded after the already leftfield 'Cacophony' album. Full of harrowing and morbid songs based on repetition, repetition and repetition, it is an underrated and difficult masterpiece of truly outsider
music, showcasing the band's most experimental side. At the time singer, guitarist and songwriter Nick Blinko was experiencing severe delusions. He believed that he was Pope Adrian the 37th and was detained in a psychiatric hospital under Section 3 of the 1983 Mental Health Act. The album is unhinged and challenging but 100% pure and idiosyncratic. The vinyl version of this reissue comes with remastered sound, a printed inner sleeve and a 16-page booklet featuring artwork from Nick Blinko.

Sophomore album by London-based world doom visionaries Lowen. Co-release with Church Road Records (UK). Lyrically, the album draws from fables of the 'Shahnameh' (the Persian Book of Kings). Particularly, it warns against the folly of empire expansion despite their own people's resistance, with specific reference to the demons of Mazandaran. This criticism is
especially reflected in the tracks 'Corruption On Earth' and 'Waging War Against God,' inspired by the death sentences placed on protesting women in Iran during the Woman Life Freedom movement of 2022. The cover art was created by the renown oil painter Hervé Scott Flament. Track 2 features
Farsi and Sumerian lyrics, track 3 is entirely sung in Farsi, and track 6 contains a NeoBabylonion ghost summoning incantation. Track 5 contains a guest cello performance by
Arianna Mahsayeh. Limited to 250 copies on heavyweight white in

This was a secret gig performed under the name Dehaan during the afternoon of the first day at Orion Music + More. The name Dehaan is a nod to actor Dane DeHaan, who stars in the movie 'Metallica - Through The Never.' This was the first time in 29 years that 'Kill 'Em All' was performed in its entirety. 'The Four Horsemen' was performed in full including the mid-section for only the second time since the mid-'80s. This was the first time that '(Anesthesia) - Pulling Teeth' was performed since September 26, 1986 in Stockholm, Sweden. Robert performed Cliff's classic bass solo with Cliff's father Ray looking on. 'Phantom Lord' was performed with an intro tape for the first time. Much like 'The Four Horsemen,' the full version of 'No Remorse' was performed for only the second time since the mid-'80s. 'Metal Militia' has only been performed nine times since 1985.

Gnonnas Pedro's 'Mo Ngbadun Re' - a song written to pay tribute to Nigerian and Beninese musicians - would change the
trajectory of Analog Africa, forever. And while the Nigerian artists were more or less familiar to Samy (the label founder), when Gnonnas began singing about 'Picoby,' 'Renova,' 'Annasoua Jazz,' 'Super Borgou,' 'Super Star,' 'El Rego,' 'Black Santiago' and other bands from Benin that he'd never heard of, he was driven to find out more. The conclusion of this musical experience was that if a star like Gnonnas Pedro sang about these bands it could only mean that he knew something that we didn't. Could it be that the Benin Republic had more to offer than its size suggested? There was only one way to find out. Samy arrived in Cotonou in August of 2005 and that's how a Gnonnas Pedro song brought Analog Africa to Benin, and the rest is history. While 4 songs by this magnificent artist were included in the compilation 'Legends Of Benin' from 2009, this time Analog Africa has the huge honour to present a full and deserved project about Gnonnas Pedro, the king of Modern Agbadja. Very early in his career our friend had landed his first hit with a song called 'Dadje Von O Von Non.' It was an Agbadja, an ancestral rhythm played during burial ceremonies in Le Mono, the region where Gnonnas Pedro's family came from. Gnonnas adapted, modernised and coined it 'Agbadja Modern' and that's how he became known and beloved as 'Roi de l'Agbadja Moderne.' Almost a decade later, in the mid-'70s, Gnonnas secured a deal with African Songs Ltd and later with the Take Your Choice (TYC), two labels out of Nigeria. At that period Gnonnas had been recording and performing for a decade, and while a few of the original band members had left, the majority of the musicians had stayed with him. The relatively consistent membership of Les Dadjes meant that they had developed into a well-oiled groove machine by the time the 'Nigerian years' began. The various masterpieces the band recorded between 1975 and 1980 in Lagos catapulted Gnonnas Pedro to superstardom back
home in Benin, but also made him a name in other West African countries, where his songs were regularly broadcast on the
national airwaves. Sometimes called 'The Band That Speaks All African Languages' for their ability to perform songs in numerous languages Les Dadjes also spoke all kinds of rhythms, with a special emphasis on Cuban and Benin rhythms. Around 1980, Gnonnas fulfilled the lifelong dream of starting his own label and one of the first albums on the newly founded
Gnoinsopé label included the track 'Yiri Yiri Boum,' which took Benin by storm and cemented Gnonnas as one of the country's
most important artists. The double-LP 'Roi De L'Agbadja Moderne 1974-1983' from Analog Africa comes as a gatefold with a full-color 8-page booklet including photos. Featuring 16 of Gnonnas' finest songs that resonated across the African continent, the unique blend of Agbadja, Cuban fon, jerk, highlife, and other African rhythms sung in Fon, Mina, Yoruba, French, English, and even Spanish offers a truly unique musical journey.

Composer Ahmed Essyad was born in Salé, Morocco, in 1938. After studying music at the Rabat Conservatoire (Morocco) he moved to Paris in 1962, where he became a student of Max Deutsch and, later, his assistant. Trained in the avant-garde practices of Western musical composition, he also claimed the Amazigh folk music of Morocco as a fundamental source of inspiration for his work. In 1965, he was already incorporating elements of oral
tradition in his work so as to question the language of his time, and therefore had to cope with the limits of musical notation and communication with musicians who did not share his cultural references. It was difficult to agree on what was implicit, 'behind the notes,' especially regarding the management of musical time and micro-intervals. In search of new compositional tools, he turned to electro-acoustic music. Working in a studio made it possible for him to be the interpreter of his own work, which ensured a certain continuity with music of oral tradition. The pieces presented here were produced between 1972 and 1974 in a studio dedicated to
electro-acoustic music, the S.M.E.C.A, which was part
of the Music Workshop founded by Jorge Arriagada in
Paris. The studio was equipped with EMS and Minimoog synthesizers, a piano, a marimba, a xylophone, as well
as various percussion instruments and a tape delay system.

'Nocturne' by Kaija Saariaho focuses on the sound material metamorphosis. Erika Vega and Eva Maria Houben, two young female composers, close the programme.
