Archie Whitewater
Archie Whitewater
Archie Whitewater, a nine-piece rhythm and blues, jazz-rock group from New York, possessed remarkable talent but unfortunately disbanded after releasing only one album. This sole album from 1970, a highly accomplished work, showcased a blend of psychedelic, jazz-rock, and just the right amount of funky vibes. Unlike the prevailing Chicago-style brass rock of the time, their sound was far more progressive.
